What are the check-in and check-out times?
For overnight stays, check-in is at 12 noon and check-out is at 9 am the next day.
Where do the houseboats leave from?
From Kayippuram Jetty in Muhamma, on the Alappuzha shore of Vembanad Lake.
Are meals included?
On the Royal Queen Roxxlana, yes: a welcome drink, lunch and evening snacks by day, and breakfast, lunch and dinner overnight. For the other boats, ask us when you book.
Can you pick us up from the airport or station?
Yes. We pick up from Cochin International Airport or Cherthala railway station on request. Additional charges may apply.
Can we combine a houseboat with kayaking or a speedboat ride?
